The Miss Phenix City Scholarship Pageants will be held November 1st and 2nd, 2008.

Miss and Teen Pageant will be Sunday, November 2nd.

All others will be Saturday, November 1st.

Phenix City's Outstanding Teen

 

Sissi is the 15 year old daughter of Manny and Donna Fleitas and the granddaughter of Frank and Louise Gordon of Smith Station, AL.  She is a sophomore at Smith Station High School.  At school she has been involved in the Future Business Leaders of America, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and the J.V. cheerleading team.  She is a member of the Kaizen Club and will be included in the upcoming Who's Who of American High School Students.  She has been an All American Cheerleader nominee for two years.  She began her cheerleading career as a member of the Glenwood PeeWee Cheerleading team on which she eventually became a co-captain.  She trained on the Freedom Cheerleading and the Gym Tech competition teams. Her plans are to continue her education and become an endodontist.  She has worked as a volunteer at Relay for Play, Relay for Life, and for theToys for Tots collections.  She has also volunteered for several different activities for The Salvation Army.  As Miss Phenix City Outstanding Teen she has chosen the PAWS program as her platform.
